Nappa leather: avoid prolonged contact with textured or rough surfaces, as soft leather can show fine scratches. If it becomes matte, lightly buff with a dry cloth in circular motions to restore its natural sheen.
Cotton canvas lining: sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside overnight to absorb odours, then shake out and spot-clean if needed.
Jacquard trim: avoid snagging on jewellery or sharp edges; remove surface dust using a soft lint roller rather than brushing.
Hardware: keep dry and free from cosmetic products; polish gently with a microfiber cloth if the finish becomes dull.
Store lightly padded so the leather keeps its structure, and avoid sealed plastic storage — a breathable dust bag protects fibres from humidity.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
