Nappa leather: avoid prolonged contact with newspaper ink, magazines, or printed fabrics, as colour can transfer onto smooth leather. If the surface becomes cloudy, gently buff with a dry, soft cloth to restore its natural sheen.
Cotton drill lining: if crumbs or dust accumulate, turn the bag upside down and shake gently. For small stains, dab with a mild soap solution and allow to air-dry — do not use heat to dry.
Hardware: to keep the gold tone lustrous, handle with dry hands only. If fingerprints build up, polish lightly with a microfiber cloth — avoid liquid cleaners.
When not in use, pad the interior lightly so the leather retains its structure, and store in a breathable dust bag away from sunlight or humidity.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
