Nappa leather: use a soft dry cloth to remove surface marks. Avoid contact with pens, makeup or coloured liquids as the leather may absorb pigments.
Cotton drill lining: if needed, spot-clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak or machine wash.
Hardware: avoid hard knocks or abrasive contact to prevent scratches; polish lightly with a soft cloth to restore shine.
Store the piece upright or lightly padded so the leather maintains its shape. Keep away from humidity and direct heat.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
