RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your order.
If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receiving delivery of your order. To start a return, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your return and for instructions on how to return your order.

- On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, one of our customer care team will be in touch to confirm the return and refund amount/item exchange.
- We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are liable for the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of postage.
- Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
- We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method and will include shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that are not faulty or wrongly delivered.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale or sample sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.

Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
