We are unable to ship to addresses in: Afghanistan, Belarus, Canary Islands, Central African Republic, Congo- Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Barths, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Taxes & Customs

All prices at checkout on thisistelar.com include import taxes and duties. This means that you should not be paying any additional charges upon delivery. 

UK Orders:

VAT is included in the price and is shown at checkout. There are no import duties or taxes applicable on UK orders.

All Other International Orders:

All taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout and there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Made to Order terms and conditions

To avoid surplus stock, many of our items can be purchased on a Made to Order basis. These items are labelled Made to Order when you add your item(s) to the cart and as you proceed to payment.

Simply add your item(s) to your basket, process your payment in full and a member of our customer service team will be in touch to update you with lead times.
