Natural raffia: the fibres may soften or warp if exposed to moisture. Keep dry, and if the material becomes misshapen, gently reshape with your hands and let it air-dry naturally — no heat sources.
Cotton lining: remove dust by turning the bag upside down and shaking gently. For light stains, blot with cold water and mild soap; avoid soaking to protect the raffia.
Jacquard trim: avoid snagging on jewellery or rough surfaces. To refresh the weave, use a lint roller with low adhesion.
Hardware: handle with dry hands; if fingerprints dull the shine, buff lightly with a soft cloth.
Store lightly padded in a breathable dust bag to maintain shape, and avoid prolonged sunlight to prevent the natural fibres from fading.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
