Repurposed denim: colour transfer may occur when in contact with light fabrics. Spot-clean with cold water and mild soap only; avoid bleach or soaking.
Jacquard: remove dust with a soft fabric brush. If marked, dab gently with a damp cloth—do not rub to prevent fibre pilling.
Hardware/straps: avoid over-pulling the adjustable side straps to maintain shape and tension.
Storage: keep the bag lightly filled or padded so the structure remains intact. Store away from prolonged sunlight to prevent fading.
To preserve the integrity of the upcycled fibres, avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and dry cleaning.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
