Nappa leather: keep away from printed or dark textiles that may transfer colour onto light leather. If the surface picks up light marks, buff gently with a clean, dry cloth to restore its smooth finish.
Cotton canvas lining: if dust or crumbs collect, turn the bag inside-out slightly and shake or brush out. For marks, dab with cold water and a mild soap solution, avoiding excess moisture.
Jacquard trim: avoid contact with velcro or rough textures that may pull the weave; use a lint roller to remove surface dust.
Hardware: fingerprints and cosmetic residues can dull the shine; polish occasionally with a soft microfiber cloth.
Store the piece in a breathable dust bag, lightly padded to maintain the leather’s structure, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange full priced items for alternative colours or styles based on stock availability.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels intact and still attached to the item.
Sale or sample sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping will be charged for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
